- Design, document and create solutions primarily in ColdFusion
- Perform high-level testing/debugging of software application by identifying a problem and resolving quickly and effectively.
- Provide technical assistance to a team of senior and junior developers
- Assist management with the scheduling process to ensure that operational objectives are met.
- Work with the Quality Assurance team to assure that proper work products are delivered ( e.g. unit tests for production code)

- Take ownership of your area of responsibilities and quickly make beneficial impacts on the team and our global software development operations.
- Deliver results with minimal supervision and oversight.
- Understand the importance of repeatable, consistent, predictable incremental software development processes and methodologies.
- Have a passion for the collaborative process of turning an idea into a profitable solution understand best practices in software product development as it relates to the benefits of effective re-use of existing patterns and capabilities to achieve fast time-to-market.
- Have demonstrated knowledge and experience in some the following areas
- 4 years of ColdFusion experience
- HTML, XML, Dreamweaver, ColdFusion Studio
- ASP.NET, JavaScript, Ajax Frameworks, Web 2.0
- SOA, Web Services, Object-oriented coding techniques
- Are highly capable conceptually and analytically
- Have strong verbal and written communication skills
- Have strong cross team collaboration skills
- Have a Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field and/or 4-7 years of related experience.
