Description
Provide web application development expertise to support mission requirements. Duties will include creating and maintaining a variety of web applications for different Air Force organizational groups.
Required Skills and Duties

- Follow system design, architectural and coding standards. Provide written training documentation and assistance with new and existing applications.
- Maintain and troubleshoot existing applications and data systems.
- Support Air Force system accreditation process through all phases of the system's life cycle
- Ability to design and create application code using ColdFusion, HTML, JQuery, JQuery UI ( some C# for helper classes).
- Experience creating and maintaining Web applications to be Section 508, FIPS 140, and HIPPA compliant
- Strong Oracle and SQL Server development experience. Experience analyzing, writing and understanding complex SQL queries, stored procedures and scripts.
- Use Dreamweaver, Toad, Quest data modeler, SQL Server Management studio, Adobe Fireworks, and Microsoft Office programs
Other Helpful Skills
- Experience with AJAX a plus
- Experience with both T-SQL and PL/SQL a plus.
- Experience implementing data migration solutions using PL/SQL, Transact-SQL or platform tools such as SSIS a plus
- ETL and other data warehouse experience a plus.
- Visual Studio and SSIS experience a plus
- Ability to analyze and understand legacy applications written in T-SQL, VB6, Visual Basic.Net, Microsoft Access & VBA a plus.
Education
- Associates Degree, Bachelor's preferred
- Experience
- 2-4 years relevant experience
- Special Requirements/Certifications
- Candidates MUST have U.S. citizenship or the ability to obtain citizenship, and be able to pass a government background investigation.
- Candidates MUST be able to obtain a CompTIA Security+ (SYO-201) certification upon being awarded a position.
- Candidates MUST be able to obtain HIPPA certification upon being awarded a position
- Candidates MUST be able to qualify for a DOD Secret Security clearance. Current clearance a plus
