The Coldfusion Developer reports to the Manager of IT, and is responsible for the analysis, development, coding and implementation, QA, and bug fixing of web applications. As as Web Developer, you are expected to understand information architecture and implement coding using established best practices for security, performance, and user experience. The Developer must be able to prioritize and organize effectively while juggling several concurrent tasks. Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science or Management Information Systems.
- 5-8 years experience and demonstration of development techniques and proficiency in ColdFusion, Java Script, HTML, and SQL in an N Tier environment.
- Demonstrated experience using software development tools like CFEclipse, SQL Editor, MXUnit, Visio, Ant Build Processes, Eclipse IDE, JUnit, TestNG, Maven, Continuum, Visio, and PMD.
- Knowledge of Object Oriented (OO) concepts, Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), and rich client interface techniques are preferred.
