Job Summary
The Corporate Business Systems team is looking for a Cold Fusion Developer with expertise in programming procedures to complex programs; recommends the redesign of programs, investigates and analyzes feasibility and program requirements, and develops programming specifications. This Programmer plans the full range of programming actions to produce several interrelated but different products from numerous and diverse data elements, which are usually from different sources; solves difficult programming problems, and uses knowledge of pertinent system software, computer equipment, work processes, regulations, and management practices.

The Cold Fusion Developer works closely with the Corporate Systems team supporting overall objectives and direction, apprising the supervisor about progress and unusual complications and modifying and adapting precedent solutions and proven approaches. This role may function as a team leader or supervise offshore resources on assigned work.

Principal Responsibilities:

• Provide technical expertise in modifying/customizing our Cold Fusion software applications as well as integrating our applications with other enterprise software applications
• Design, develop, troubleshoot, debug and deploy software modifications and integrations
• Keep the Customer Satisfaction levels high by providing timely services to customers and proper communication
• Provide Level 3 support for Cold Fusion applications

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated proficiency with ColdFusion MX as a programming platform to develop multi tier web-based applications. with a minimum of two years experience with Cold Fusion 8.x or MX
• Proficiency with recent Oracle application database architecture including stored procedures, triggers, and Oracle development suite.
• Proficiency with PLSQL,SQL, and Oracle database modeling
• Demonstrated proficiency with tools for source code control, change management, and creation of business and technical diagrams.
• Demonstrated proficiency working in a rapid development environment creating prototypes and proof of concept applications.
• Demonstrated proficiency with software engineering practices, techniques, and standards.
• Two years experience with JavaScript and DHTML
• Strong written communication skills

Experience:

• 1-3 years experience with the design, code and maintenance of complex web based applications using ColdFusion, JavaScript, and complex SQL queries.

• Experience developing XML interfaces
• Experience with Java, JSP, Java Servlets, HTML, XML, ASP, APEX, AJAX
